The Poppy Field 1873 By Claude Monet Poster

The Poppy Field Near Argenteuil was painted by the French artist Claude Monet in 1873. A rolling summer field filled with red poppy flowers and green blades of grass spreads out in the motif, where two women with parasols walk among the flowers near Argenteuil. Soft brushstrokes and bright colors create an airy feeling. A classic poster that fits nicely in a living room or study.
