Great quality print

I am so happy with this picture. The quality is excellent and the picture is just stunning. I didn’t realise it shipped from Denmark but the tracking was always updated and it arrived within 2 weeks. It was very well packaged and inside wrapped in tissue paper. I will definitely be ordering more prints from Gallerix.

Gorgeous posters

Although delivery took quite some time; this was made clear from the start, so I knew what to expect. I was worried that the posters wouldn’t be the right colour, or just not right somehow. It’s difficult to choose when you can’t physically see them. I had no need to worry, they are beautiful and exactly right for the room. Perfect 👌 Thankyou GALLERIX 🙂

Posters great but very long delivery

The quality is brilliant, very well packaged too and fits perfectly in my frame. Just a shame that the website states 3-6 days yet I waited ~2 weeks for delivery with no tracking

Regarding the delivery timeframe, we’d like to clarify that the estimated delivery stated on our website is 3–6 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Our shipping partner always strives to deliver orders as early as possible, or at least within the promised timeframe. Upon checking your order, it was delivered on the 6th business day, which is within the delivery timeframe stated on our website.

First time I have ordered from Gallerix, the print quality is really good, item packaged really well and very fast delivery

Christmas Posters

Lovely Company to deal with. There was a slight delay in delivery, probably due to the Christmas rush, but the people at Gallerix Customer Service were very proactive and responded promptly to my emails and, as a result, the posters were delivered to me just before Christmas. I am delighted with them - they were very well packaged and are of excellent quality. Would highly recommend Gallerix for all your poster needs.

Unlucky?

The frames were the wrong size despite the packing order slip being correct. I was required to photograph the wrong size frames in order for the correct ones to be sent. These will now not arrive in time for Christmas for the posters I also ordered to go in the frames for my grandchildren. Disappointing.
