Poster with the painting Interior With the Artist's Wife by the Danish artist Carl Holsøe from the year 1925. Carl Holsøe was a Danish artist who was born on October 20, 1887 in Copenhagen. He studied at the Kunstakademiet in Copenhagen from 1907 to 1914 and continued to develop his style for the rest of his career. He mainly devoted himself to portrait painting, landscape painting and still life. His paintings show a sense of color and light, and his art often has great significance for Danish national romanticism.
