    Who was Ohara Koson?

    Ohara Koson (1877–1945), also known by the names Shōson and Hoson, was a prominent Japanese artist who specialized in kachō-e (pictures of flowers and birds). He is particularly appreciated for his delicate and detailed depictions of birds in various settings, from snow-covered landscapes to colorful flower gardens.

    Product description

    Five white seagulls fly over powerful blue waves crashing against a black cliff, against a softly toned sky in orange and beige. The motif was created by Ohara Koson and is characterized by clear lines and subtle coloration. This poster adds a dynamic element to a living room or workplace.
